Product Introduction
Coiled storages are designed to provide hot water based on all of engineering parameters and standards. Products with different capacities and variable flow rate can be applied in different fields. The installation of this system is easy and can be offered by all of accessories and valves according to the costumer order. This system has a good durability and special design of Daboo-Sanat for different applications like science centers, hotels, hospitals, residential regions, commercial and office buildings, industrial regions.
Features:
- Coiled tanks are cylindrical, vertical or horizontal based on ASME standard and can work at operation pressure of 5, 6, 8, 10, and 15 bar.
- The sides of main storage are pressed by flange lens.
- Each device has a manhole.
- Copper coil is based on the last standards of ASME and BS.
- Sockets required for discharging hot water, internal water, thermocouple, thermostat valve, discharge, thermometer, relief valve, thermometer, safety valve and manometer are set on this device.
- At least two layers of especial epoxy are used for the inner cover of the tanks and oil painting is used for the outer cover (seam welding) of tanks.
- Each device has appropriate steal pillar/leg EN 10025 – S 235 Type.
- The main tank is tested at pressure of 1.5 times higher than operation pressure.
- Coils are constructed by copper pipes with 7/8 and 3/4 inch diameter.
- Lens of copper coil is cast iron.
- Pilot tube page and the coil shell is constructed by steal which is appropriate for pressurized tanks.
- The operation temperature of coils is 350 °F.
- Welding of pressurized regions is SAW approach and full automatic which provides the highest quality of welding and integrity.
- Electrodes used for penetrate and supplement welding are E7010 and E7018 type in accordance with WPS and PQR standard.
